Arum is delighted to announce that it has awarded the Arum Approved System accreditation to EXUS Financial Suite (EFS) for the fifth year running.
Using their decades of knowledge managing collections system selections and implementations, Arum awards this certification where a debt collection platform meets all necessary standards for functionality, technology and market needs. It is the only accreditation for collections and recoveries vendors globally.
EXUS provides debt collection and recovery software, known for managing credit risk throughout the entire lifecycle of accounts. Their core product, EXUS EFS, offers comprehensive solutions for debt collections, legal recoveries, decision analytics, field collection and direct customer self-service portal. The solution is designed to optimize collections strategies, reduce costs, and improve business results through automation and advanced analytics.

Alongside core C&R functionality, the EFS product excels with key USPs including the Field Collection module which remains a differentiator in the market, standing out for its structured placement, tracking and scheduling, offering real-time visibility via API integration with a direct field collector app for mobile devices. This gives clients robust control over third-party field activities without custom development or additional systems and processes.
Additionally, EXUS’s modern, intuitive, single user interface enhances operational clarity and speed of change all controlled within that singular UI based on RBAC. The present roadmap and investment in further enhanced of core product technologies, including migration to a service-oriented design, is creating a modern, agile product. Furthermore, EXUS's focus on AI and analytics, particularly machine learning for segmentation and scoring, positions them well to assist their clients scale operations responsibly, ensuring compliance and operational value for clients.
